## What you're building
A single-screen, data-driven location finder for `{{brand}}`: a full-bleed interactive Leaflet map with clustered pins, a scrolling filterable sidebar list beside it, and a detail card for the selected location. The whole app is one 100vh screen — the list scrolls, the page never does. It is dataset-agnostic: point it at stores, clinics, dealers, EV chargers, gyms or fuel stations and nothing but the JSON and the labels change.
Two things break this build, and both break it *completely*. They are stated first, in Build notes, and again in the acceptance checks. Read them before you write a line: **Leaflet cannot be server-rendered**, and **a map container with no explicit height renders 0px**.
